These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any order you place with Shadow Innovations ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Us

Shadow Innovations is a web development services business operating from Multan, Pakistan, with registered business addresses at Sujabad, Jalal Pur Pir Wala, Multan Cantt, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan and Chah Qazzi Wala, Khair Pur Bhuttan, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. 2. Our Services

We provide website development services as fixed-scope packages. The currently offered package, its full inclusions, delivery timeline and price are published on our Services & Pricing page. Custom requirements may be quoted separately on request.

3. Orders — No Account Required

• Any visitor may order without creating an account or logging in (guest checkout).
• You confirm that the information you provide at checkout (name, email, phone, address, requirements) is accurate and complete.
• An order becomes official only after successful payment and confirmation of your unique Order ID.
• We may decline or refund any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or illegal content requests).

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Approximate USD values shown by our converter are indicative only for international customers.
• Payment is collected 100% in advance, online, via our payment gateway Rapid Gateway (cards, JazzCash, easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer).
• We never store your card details — payments are processed on the gateway's certified secure platform.
• Prices may change over time, but the price displayed at the moment you confirm your order is the price you pay.

5. Delivery & Customer Responsibilities

• Delivery timelines (10–14 business days) start when we receive your complete content and requirements — not necessarily at payment time.
• You are responsible for providing business information, texts, images and access (hosting/domain, if applicable) that you have the legal right to use.
• We deliver digital deliverables (website files, deployment, handover documents) — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Revisions & Acceptance

• The package includes 2 rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions or new features are quoted separately.
• A revision means modifications to the approved direction (colours, layout adjustments, text changes) — not a complete redesign.
• Your website is considered accepted if you do not raise issues within 7 days of preview delivery, or upon launch, whichever is earlier.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon full payment and final delivery, you own the final website files we produced for you.
• We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
• You confirm that content you supply (logos, text, images) does not infringe any third party's rights.
• Third-party components (fonts, libraries, themes) remain under their original licences.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not order websites for, or ask us to build, anything illegal under Pakistani law or generally applicable law — including gambling, adult content, copyright-infringing material, phishing, hate content, or financial fraud. Such orders are refused and refunded/cancelled.

9. Support & Warranty

Every package includes 30 days of free post-launch support for functional bugs and minor content updates. This does not cover damage caused by third parties, customer edits, or hosting issues outside our control. Ongoing maintenance is available on request.

10. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Cancelling payment mid-checkout does not cancel your saved order — you may retry payment or ask us to cancel it for you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, business interruption, data loss caused by third parties). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; if unresolved, they fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
