Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how products and services purchased from Shadow Innovations are delivered. Because we sell digital services (website development), delivery works differently from physical online stores — everything is explained below so there are no surprises.

1. No Physical Shipping

All products on this website are digital services. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no courier charges, no shipping fees and no import duties. Your address is collected at checkout for invoicing, identity verification and business records only.

2. What Is Delivered

When you purchase the Business Website Development Package (262145 25,000), the following deliverables are delivered to you:

• A complete, custom-built business website (up to 7 pages as per package scope);
• Deployment of the website to your live domain and hosting;
• Complete source files (code, assets) handed over to you at project completion;
• All relevant credentials and a simple handover document;
• 30 days of free post-launch support.

3. Delivery Timeline

Full website development & preview	10–14 business days total from content receipt
Final launch after your approval	1–2 business days after final approval

Important: the timeline starts when you provide complete content (business details, text, images). Delays in providing content or feedback extend the timeline by the same duration.

4. How Delivery Happens

• Preview: you receive a private preview link to review your website before launch.
• Launch: after your approval, we deploy to your hosting/domain. If you need hosting or a domain, we guide you through purchasing them in your own name (you keep full ownership).
• Handover: final files and credentials are delivered via email / secure download link to the email address used at checkout.

5. Communication During Delivery

You will receive progress updates on your chosen channel (WhatsApp, phone or email) at every milestone. You can also contact us any time at shadowinnovationstech@gmail.com or 0336-8133758 with your Order ID.

6. Delays & Exceptions

If delivery is delayed by more than 15 business days for reasons within our control, you may choose an extended deadline with a discount or a partial refund proportional to unfinished work — see our Refund Policy. Events outside our control (natural disasters, internet shutdowns, third-party outages) may extend timelines; we will always inform you promptly.

7. Failed Delivery

In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver your order at all, you receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, without deduction, through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
