Rapid Gateway — Pakistan's Local Payment Infrastructure
All online payments on this website are processed by Rapid Gateway (rapidgateway.pk), a payment gateway built for Pakistani businesses and regulated under the State Bank of Pakistan's payments framework. Rapid Gateway provides PCI-DSS-ready infrastructure, 3-D Secure authentication and 256-bit TLS encryption for every transaction.
How the Payment Gateway Is Used on This Website
The Rapid Gateway gateway is used for exactly one purpose: collecting the one-time package fee for our web development service from customers, at the moment they place an order. Below is the complete payment flow, step by step.
STEP 1Order Submission (Guest Checkout)
The customer fills the checkout form (name, email, phone, address, requirements) — no account needed. The order is created with status "Pending Payment" and a unique Order ID.
STEP 2Automatic Redirect to Rapid Gateway
Our server creates a payment session with Rapid Gateway (amount in PKR, order reference, customer contact) and the customer is redirected to Rapid Gateway's secure hosted checkout page. The card/payment form lives on the gateway's own domain — never on ours.
STEP 3Customer Pays in PKR
On the gateway page the customer chooses any method — Debit/Credit Card, JazzCash, easypaisa, Raast or direct bank transfer — and completes the payment. The charge is always in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International cards are supported by the gateway; the customer's bank applies its own FX rate.
STEP 4Verification & Return
Rapid Gateway verifies the payment (3-D Secure for cards) and redirects the customer back to our payment-return.php page. Simultaneously, a server-to-server webhook notifies our site so the order is marked "Paid" even if the customer's browser closes.
STEP 5Order Confirmation & Project Start
The customer sees an instant confirmation receipt with their Order ID and transaction reference. Our team is notified and contacts the customer within 24 hours to begin the project (see the full customer journey).
STEP 6Settlement to Shadow Innovations
Funds are settled by Rapid Gateway to our business bank account on a T+1 basis. Refunds, when applicable under our Refund Policy, are processed back to the original payment method through the gateway.
What We NEVER Do
We never see, collect, store or process your card numbers, CVV or PINs. Payment data is entered only on Rapid Gateway's encrypted checkout. We receive only the payment confirmation and a transaction reference.
When You Are Charged
Only once — the full package price (262145 25,000) at the time of placing the order. No subscriptions, no recurring billing, no hidden fees. Any future services are quoted and paid separately, always in PKR.
If Something Goes Wrong
Failed or cancelled payments leave your order saved as "Pending Payment" — you can retry from your order page, or we can help on WhatsApp 0336-8133758. Money is never taken without an order record on our side.
Payment Questions
Can I pay from outside Pakistan with an international card?
Yes — the gateway supports local and international Visa/Mastercard. The amount is fixed in PKR (262145 25,000 ≈ ≈ $89.93 USD); your bank converts it at its own rate, which may differ slightly from our indicative USD converter.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery or bank-direct payment?
Our checkout is fully online via Rapid Gateway, which includes direct bank transfer as one of its methods — so you can pay from your bank app without a card. For special arrangements, contact us and we will guide you.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed on PCI-DSS-ready infrastructure with 3-D Secure (OTP) verification and 256-bit TLS encryption. We never receive your card details — only a confirmation that the payment succeeded.
Can I get a refund after paying?
Refunds are available under the conditions of our Refund Policy — for example, if you cancel before project work begins. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via the gateway within 7–14 business days.
