What We Sell
We sell website development services as clearly priced, fixed-scope packages. Currently we offer the Business Website Development Package at 262145 25,000 (one-time, PKR) — a complete business website with design, development, mobile responsiveness, basic SEO and post-launch support.
How We Earn
We charge a one-time project fee, collected 100% online at the time of order through our payment gateway, Rapid Gateway (rapidgateway.pk). There are no subscriptions, no hidden charges and no upsell traps — the price you see on the service page is the full price of the package.
How We Operate
Orders placed on this website are stored securely and reviewed by our team within 24 hours. Work is performed by our in-house team from our Multan offices. Deliverables are digital (website files, hosting setup, handover) — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Payments & Security
All online payments are processed by Rapid Gateway on PCI-DSS-ready, 3-D-Secure-enabled infrastructure. Shadow Innovations never sees, stores or processes your card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You review the Services & Pricing page — complete package details, inclusions and the price in PKR (with an approximate USD equivalent for international visitors). No account is needed to browse anything.
STEP 2Place Your Order (Guest Checkout)
You open checkout and fill a short form: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp, city and your project requirements. You accept the Terms & Conditions and submit — still no account, no password, no waiting.
STEP 3Secure Payment via Rapid Gateway
After submitting the order you are redirected to Rapid Gateway's secure hosted checkout page, where you pay 262145 25,000 in PKR using Visa/Mastercard, JazzCash, easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. Your card details go only to the gateway — never to us.
STEP 4Order Confirmation
Once payment is confirmed you land on an order confirmation page with your unique Order ID. Our team also receives the order instantly and sends you a welcome email on shadowinnovationstech@gmail.com.
STEP 5Requirements Call (Within 24 Hours)
A team member contacts you on WhatsApp, phone or email to collect your content: business details, logo, photos, preferred colours and page structure. We also answer any questions you have.
STEP 6Design Approval & Development
We share a design direction for your approval, then develop the full website — all pages, mobile-responsive layout, contact forms, WhatsApp button and basic SEO. Two rounds of revisions are included.
STEP 7Review, Launch & Handover
You review the finished website on a preview link. After your final approval we deploy it to your hosting and domain (or help you arrange hosting), then hand over all source files, logins and documentation.
STEP 830 Days of Free Support
For 30 days after launch we fix any issue and make small content updates free of charge. After that, ongoing support is available on request — always quoted transparently.
